Thank you for booking with Lakeview Cabins & Campgrounds. We expect your stay with us to be full of relaxation and fun. We appreciate your time in reading the following policies. Our week-long reservations run from Sunday to Sunday. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. A valid credit card must be presented at arrival. No one under the age of 21 can make a reservation without prior notification. No Shows: If you have made a reservation and you do not arrive by 9 p.m. without notifying us of a late arrival, your reservation will be canceled without refund and may be rented out to another guest, so please notify us if you plan on late arrivals! Minimum stay required is 2 nights except on holiday weeks. Week-long reservations are given priority. If you have questions, please call in advance prior to booking. No refunds on holiday weeks and weekends. No campfire wood or illegal substances are to be brought onto the grounds at anytime. If anyone is found to be doing so, their reservation will become null and void at this point and they will be asked to remove themselves from the property. No alcohol beverages may be served to any one under the age of 21 years. Doing so will null and void your reservation, and you will be asked to leave the property. All pets must have updated vaccinations and be on a leash at all times. Any pet left unattended within a cabin must be in a pet safe kennel within the premises. Any pet damage to property during your stay will be charged to your credit card on file. Pet owners are solely responsible for any harm that their pet causes to any person on the property. Lakeview Cabins & Campground will be null and void of any lawsuit stemming from pets of registered guests. Upon arrival, please check your unit for satisfactory conditions and notify us immediately if you find anything not satisfactory. We will do our best to correct, adjust, and make your stay with us pleasant. It is our main goal to keep our cabins in working order. Please leave the cabin in a clean manner when leaving. If the cabin is found to be in excessive disarray, a $100.00 cleaning fee will be posted to your credit card on file, no exceptions, so please work together with us to maintain a clean environment. No more than 2 vehicle per cabin site. If your party has more than 2 vehicles, please note their vehicles should be parked up by the main lodge. No parking on roadways or entrances. Quiet time is 10 p.m. Please respect your surrounding neighbors. Keep music turned down and yelling, laughing, and talking to campfire depths. Beach Rules: There is no lifeguard on the beach. Parents, all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Swimming is strictly at your own risk; please take heed of all safety measures concerning yourself and your children. Docks are provided for those customers with boats, first serve basis. No children are to play on docks at any time. A boat launch is available along the main lodge. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your reservation at anytime prior to 2 weeks before your arrival date. You will be refunded all but a $50.00 handling fee at that time. If within the 2 week period before arrival, cancellations will become 100 percent non- refundable, so please book carefully. Arrival check in time is 3 p.m. Please notify us if you will be arriving late. If you do not notify us of a late arrival after 9p.m., your unit reservation will be canceled without a refund, and the unit will become available for rental to another party, so please make sure we are notified of any possible late arrival. Check out is at 11 a.m. Please respect this time. If your party plans on staying the day to use the beach, please make sure you remove all your belongs from the unit by 11a.m. If cleaning personnel find your belongings withing the unit after 11 a.m., they will notify management to charge your party for an extended day at the rate of the unit price per night. Upon any cancellation, the credit card used to reserve the unit must be presented. Cancellations must be made by person who reserved the unit.
